I've known Carol Anne for years, and I can personally vouch for her character-she is without a doubt, one of the most honest and hardworking people I know. But it's watching her operate in the real estate market that's been truly astonishing. I've had a front-row seat to her dedication, witnessing her incredible effort and strategic thinking she pours into every client interaction. The level of care, market insight, and sheer professionalism is something you rarely see. Frankly, I would comfortably assume Carol Anne Mills is the best realtor in San Pedro and the entire South Bay. Carol Ann was amazing to work with, she walked us through the process and explained everything in detail. This was our first experience selling a house and it seemed a little overwhelming, but Carol calmed our nerves and it went really smooth. She was able to price the house accordingly and we sold it the first week of the listing. When I do buy another property, I will be using Carol Ann she’s a Top realtor that Looks out for her clients.
