I've known Carol Anne for years, and I can personally vouch for her character-she is without a doubt, one of the most honest and hardworking people I know. But it's watching her operate in the real estate market that's been truly astonishing. Carol was amazing when she helped us buy our home. She has lots of experience in negotiating additional credits and lower prices. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism she showed. She was always available when we had a question, never failed to promptly return a phone call or text. She went as far as to go door knocking to houses we liked but were not on the market yet. You will not find an agent more committed to ensuring you find the right and perfect home for you, and the best part is that there was never any pressure to settle for a home we didn't like. On the contrary, she was very good at pointing out some of the reasons why some homes were not in our best interest. She will not disappoint!!
